At Coastal Pain Medicine we believe pain management is about much more than offering surgery or painkillers - it's about getting to the root cause of the pain.

One-to-one compassionate care is the standard of practice here, and step-by-step communication - from the initial consultation though treatment and rehabilitation - allows our patients peace of mind and reassurance.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about the patients as actual people and not just a name on a chart. Dr. Silverman takes his time and doesn't just write out a script to get rid of you as other doctors have done to me in the past. I have lower back pain and knee pains from a car accident when I was a teen and have never found a practice that I was comfortable with until now. I highly recommend going here if you enjoy having a place where you can build a professional relationship with the entire staff. As well as, receive the proper and effective treatment.

Stephany Hernandez

I have been a patient of Dr. Silverman for quite some time. The care and attention I receive from the doctor and his staff is phenomenal. They are patient, and listen to my concerns which is the most important to me because it shows they take the necessary steps to find the exact procedures that work best for me. I don't feel rushed during my appoitnments or phone calls. The doctor is truly caring and compassionate, traits so many doctors should have. I highly recommend Dr. Silverman.

Cristal S.

I have been going to Dr. Silverman for over 5 years. His staff is friendly and professional. Although I was a little intimidated by Dr. Silverman at first, I now find him to be very friendly and willing to answer my questions.
